Biography
Matthias Meyer is professor of management control and accounting and head of the Institute of Management Control and Accounting at the Hamburg University of Technology. He has habilitation degree from WHU � Otto Beisheim School of Management and received 2003 his PhD from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich/Germany for a dissertation on Principal Agent Theory and Methodology. He studied business administration, economics, philosophy and philosophy of science.
