Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO

Matt Kokkinos is a recent graduate of The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, with a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy, and Coordinator of the Negotiation Task Force at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University.

Matt concentrated in International Security and Russia and Eurasia at The Fletcher School, from which he holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy. With a particular interest in emerging security threats, great power competition, and global governance, Matt wrote his thesis on the global governance of autonomous weapon systems through a case study on Russia. A graduate of Northeastern University as well, he also holds a BS in Political Science.

As a proud Cypriot-American and someone believing in the power of cross-cultural connections to reduce conflict, Matt has attended conferences and exchanges focusing on security and diplomacy in Russia, Saudi Arabia, Greece, Cyprus, and the UN Offices Geneva. He has also examined security challenges and policy facing the Western Balkans and Japan.
