Matteo Vizzaccaro

Matteo Vizzaccaro is Lecturer in Corporate Finance and Real Estate at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Professor of Capital Markets, Università Commerciale L. Bocconi, Milan.

He is also the SDA Bocconi Business Developer for MENA countries (Middle East & North Africa).

His collaboration with SDA Bocconi began in 2015. He is a former member of CReSV, the Università Bocconi Research Center on Sustainability and Value. He has coordinated major national and international research projects. He has coordinated education activities for leading International companies operating in the Confectionery and Real Estate&Construction industries.

His research focuses on the themes of M&A, internationalization, diversification of corporate funding and ESG effects on corporate financial performance. He is also an expert in sector analysis and impact analysis. He is the author of publications and books on M&A, growth and cross-border investment opportunities.

Matteo received his PhD in Management and Innovation from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan and the Teaching Excellence Program from Harvard in 2017.
