Assistant Professor of Spanish at Skidmore College. Her research and teaching focus on contemporary Spanish literature, film, and popular media. Her work has been published by academic journals including Arizona Journal of Hispanic Cultural Studies, Bulletin of Hispanic Studies, Journal of Spanish Cultural Studies, and Revista de Estudios Hispánicos She is currently working on a book project that studies representations of the Chinese diaspora in contemporary Spain.
