Mary Curtis

Mary is an executive coach and team coach. She has been working as a coach since 2018 and prior to this worked in various senior roles in television predominantly in RTÉ but also in UTV Ireland and Virgin Media.

Coaching Approach:

Mary’s coaching is grounded in psychological principles of the Gestalt process, client centered, and focused on enabling personal and professional change. Her approach is supportive and challenging underpinned by her relevant experience which facilitates a creative working style. She has a passion for working with clients to enable them to be more effective. Mary also works with leaders, executives and organisations to help them communicate clearly and authentically to external and internal audiences.
