McCourt School of Public Policy

Dr. Staab has been a visiting scholar at Harvard University and has lectured at a number of universites in the Washington, DC area including Howard University and George Mason University. He received his Ph.D. from Indiana University. Professor Staab has extensive experience in the developing world. Before entering academia Dr. Staab worked at the World Bank for 22 years as a manager, adviser,and senior economist and at the Asian Development Bank for 5 years.
