EXPERTISE/RESEARCH INTERESTS

Dr. Marta Geletkanycz’s research interests lie in the areas of strategic leadership and corporate governance. Her work focuses on top executives’ and board members’ human and social capital, and how these factors interact to affect firm strategy and performance. Her articles have appeared in leading management journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management, and Strategic Management Journal, among others.

Dr. Geletkanycz has taught classes in the masters and undergraduate programs at Boston College focused on strategic management and managerial decision making. She has extensive consulting experience, and previously worked as an investment analyst.
