I was Head of Coaching and Senior Staff at IMD Business School until July 2017. I am still affiliated with IMD and work with various faculty delivering world class programs

I have over 30 years experience coaching individuals and teams in many countries and organizational settings. I am regarded as an expert in experiential learning.

I initiated and grew a development training organization in South East Asia and lived in Bangkok as an ex-patriot Managing Director.

I have acted as consultant to other development training organizations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Italy, Turkey and Poland.

I created Dynamic Learning in 2001 to work with a group of outstanding coaches delivering high impact experiential learning programs.
