Mark works in the leadership and organisational development team. He has extensive experience of delivering development interventions across the health and social care system.
Before joining The King’s Fund, Mark held a number of senior strategic roles within the NHS, UK civil service and local government. He has postgraduate qualifications in social work, executive coaching and group action learning, a Masters in leadership and is an experienced executive coach. He is a qualified British Psychological Society occupational testing practitioner and is accredited to use a wide variety of psychometrics tools.
Mark is a facilitator, educator and coach with experience in supporting strategic change, service improvement, leadership, and wider organisational development interventions. He is particularly interested in supporting teams and leaders that are operating within complex systems.
