Mark Leung, (MBA, B.A.Sc) is the Director of Rotman DesignWorks and is responsible for teaching and advancing the practice of Business Design. Since 2006, Mark has been applying the discipline to a broad range of industry challenges, from finding new market opportunities and designing customer experiences to increasing organizational performance. He has worked with a variety of organizations which include: Medtronic, P&G, Princess Margaret Hospital, Lafarge, GE, University of Toronto and the Governments of Singapore and Ontario to enhance their creative problem seeking and solving abilities. It is his hope that Business Design becomes embedded into the way people and organizations work - leading to dramatically more innovative outcomes. Mark has an MBA from the Rotman School and a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo.
