Mark Li is the Digital Programme Head at DBS’ Global Transaction Services, where he leads in the delivery of the bank’s ecosystem and digital solutions across Cash Management, Documentary Trade, Open Account Trade Finance and Securities Services. With more than 11 years of experience in transaction banking, Mark works closely with key partners in the financial services ecosystem to deliver a transformed digital banking experience to corporate customers and small business owners, leveraging on innovated technology, data, and business agile.
Mark is currently also an Adjunct Assistant Professor for the HKUST Business School, a Digital Banking committee member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong, and holds a CertICM certification with the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT). Prior to joining DBS, Mark held various senior roles in HSBC, with vast experience in client solutioning, eCommerce management, digital solution rollout, and business management.
