Economist, graduate in Finance (University of Lyon 2 / Ecole Normale Supérieure de Lyon – 2011), PhD from the University of Bordeaux (2016), Marine Coupaud is interested in the issue of workers’ health in a context of economic and organizational changes.

Her thesis focused on the links between globalization, working conditions and workers’ health. In her publications, she analyses the determinants of the physical and mental health of French and European workers. Her current research focuses on emotional demands at work.

As a professor, she is interested in analyzing the competitive environment of companies as part of economics courses. She also teaches in corporate finance.

Concerned by dissemination of research works to private stakeholders and in partnership with an ESSCA employee, Marine Coupaud is developing a study project with a human resources consulting firm to put recent discoveries in terms of well-being at work into practice.

Always with transmission in mind, Marine is very active at animation level (conferences, interviews) with various stakeholders.
