Maria Vint teaches effective business writing for the School of Business. Previously, she taught advanced business English to international pre-graduate students in Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, as well as undergraduate courses in rhetoric and argumentation, technical writing for engineering, writing for the social sciences, advanced research methodology, first-year composition, literature/history hybrid courses, and sociolinguistics, throughout the City University of New York. She is currently a doctoral candidate in the Composition and Applied Linguistics program of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, examining writer identity and composition skills transfer in professional spaces. She has served on the executive board of the Northeast regional Two-Year College English Association since 2019.
