Biography

María José is Director of the Work & Family Research Center, Head of Department and Professor in the Department of Organizational Behavior at ESE Business School in Chile. She holds a Ph.D. and MSc. from IESE, Universidad de Navarra, and a BS from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She has published and researched on leadership and work-family issues. Her areas of interest are work-life balance, women in leadership, leadership competencies, organizational behavior and motivations across different cultures. She is involved in International projects of Work life balance, career development and how the leader impacts the Work life balance of their teams and organizations.
