Alberta School of Business

Margot Ross-Graham is the owner of Sandbar Coaching and Consulting. As an experienced senior executive, her extensive background includes human resources, leadership, change management, and organizational development.

Margot provides facilitation and consulting services in strategic planning, leadership and talent development, succession planning, change and transition, and organizational design. Her commitment to excellence and customer service resulted in repeat public and private sector clients, including the City of Edmonton, provincial agencies, and several small and mid-size Albertan companies.

As a passionate community volunteer, Margot is a University of Alberta VMS Mentor, a member of the MacEwan University School of Business Advisory Board, and is the past president of the Edmonton Glenora Rotary Club.
