Investigation

He participated in the research project ''Effectiveness of teams in the National Health System'' project funded by the FIS. Health Institute Carlos III (2005-2007)

Since 2001 is part of the research team of the GLOBE Project: Cultural Influences on Leadership and Organizations (The Wharton School)

The sample was part of his doctoral thesis (on behalf of Spain) the Phase III GLOBE Project .. His doctoral thesis dealt with the differences in leadership between Entrepreneurs (COES) and chief executive officers (CEOS) at the organizational level.
