Biography
Margaret Oppenheimer is a Vincent de Paul Professor of Economics (Emerita) at DePaul University. Oppenheimer came to DePaul in 1976. She was promoted to associate professor with tenure in 1979 and to professor in 1998. She served as president of Faculty Council from 1992 to 1995 and as chair of the Department of Economics from 1995 to 2001.
Her research interests include labor economics, economics and law, economics and ethics, and gender economics.
