Experience
Marc is a seasoned senior leader with 25 years of experience in general management, change and innovation management, organizational development and business strategy. He has a passion for learning and education. Throughout his career he created long term value for clients and shareholders through product and service innovation, business development, strategic partnerships and business process improvement. Marc is devoted to the sustainable development of societies through education, innovation and healthcare.
From 2011 to 2014 Marc served the American Management Association as Managing Director responsible for the Middle East, Russia, Turkey and Central Asia. From 2007 to 2010 Marc held different senior management positions in KBC Group (financial services), including an expatriate assignment in Russia. Earlier on in his career he was the founder and an equity partner at Pegasus Consulting and served Ericsson and Artal Group in various business roles.
Current Role
In his current role as Managing Director for Russia, Turkey, Ukraine and the CIS Region, Marc heads CCL’s Individual, Team and Organizational Leadership Development operations in the region. As a strategic client partner he supervises organizational leadership and consulting projects for large international clients.
Educational Background
Marc is an alumnus of Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Vlerick Management School (Law and Business Administration). He also holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Antwerp.
