GIBS Business School
Mandy Lebides is a highly motivated and energetic educator, freelance consultant and change agent with a wealth of experience in designing and presenting workshops, implementing organisational change, directing academic and organisational action learning programmes and facilitating leadership development programmes. Her key strength areas include an in-depth understanding of systems thinking and organisational change which she teaches at several business schools in South Africa. She has been responsible for over 500 successful deliveries of disruptive projects organisations in Africa.
