I am  the Founder and Managing Director of SageVision: Reinventing Cities, a leadership consultancy in Shanghai, with over 20 years of executive and management coaching, training and consulting experience. Currently I am exploring how to leverage my professional and informal ecosystem networks to facilitate the development of my own (and others'') social innovations through technology and internet platforms that quicken the shift in human consciousness to our next evolutionary level.
