Lynda Roberts is a Certified Project Management Professional with more than 20 years of experience, focuses on managing enterprise-wide hardware and software deployments, establishing project management and system development life-cycle methodologies in large IT organizations, establishing program management offices, developing and delivering project and program management training. During her career at BellSouth, Ms. Roberts had numerous project accomplishments including: establishing an Information Technology Program Management Office that defined and implemented project management and system development life cycle methodologies across a large IT organization; managing a three-year program to modernize and upgrade BellSouth’s IT infrastructure; led and managed the implementation of ‘management-by-projects’ and resource-pooling within the IT Architecture & Standards organization; successfully completed a $1.2 million IT Architecture & Infrastructure Services Program. Ms. Roberts currently is an Instructor of the GTPE Project Management training classes, specializing in Risk Management, Contracts and Procurement Management, Communications Management, and Project Management Fundamentals.
