International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans

Dr. Luke Steinke is a Professor in the Lumpkin College of Business & Technology at Eastern Illinois University. Dr. Steinke holds a PhD in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, a Master's degree in Training, Development, and Performance Improvement and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Northern Michigan University, and AAS from Moraine Park Technical College.

Dr. Steinke has over 15 years of experience as an educator, trainer, and consultant. He is the author of several books, articles and presentations in the area of occupational training analysis and design, mentoring, learning styles, and measuring instructor and program quality. Additionally, Dr. Steinke has served as a leader within Career and Technical Education as a board of directors and executive committee member with the Association for Career and Technical Education.
