Louis-François PAU

L-F Pau is since 2003 Adjunct Professor at Copenhagen Business School, besides being since 2001, Professor of Mobile Business, Rotterdam School of management (part-time). Since 2010 he is an “Extraordinary” Professor at University of Pretoria.From 1995 till 2003 he was C.T.O of L.M.Ericsson’s worldwide Network systems division (all communications and Internet infrastructure) ,with about 16000 reports .In 2003 he had an accident adding to his prior disability .Previously he was from 1990-1995 , Technical Director Europe for Hewlett Packard with 2500 reports .He has also been tenured faculty at Danish Technical University (Lyngby), E.N.S. Télécommunications (Paris ) , M.I.T. (Cambridge, Mass) , and University of Tokyo . He is a Fellow of IEEE (USA), BCS (UK), JSPS (Japan) .He has several company Board and scientific advisory Board positions at governmental level across Europe & Asia. He is or has been on several standardization boards, incl. IEEE Standards Board, ETSI, OMG, Rapid IO and Java Consortium .He is associate editor of 5 academic journals, and has published over 450 articles, 9 books, 12 patents, and edited 12 volumes, spanning information and communication, physics, technology, social aspects, regulations and standards. Current projects are on Internet addiction, fiber optics, quantum biological computing, and more.
