Biography:

Lotfi Hamzi teaches Geopolitics and International Relations. He holds a PhD in International Law and International Relations from the Université de Reims-Champagne-Ardenne. He joined the School in 1998 as a Permanent Professor. His concentration is on the teaching of Legal Matters and he also teaches Geopolitics and International Relations. He occupied the post of Director of Specialised Masters and Masters of Sciences at the School from 2006 to 2014. His research mainly covers the Role of New Actors in the International System, Conflicts, the Concept of Power and its Multiple Interconnections. Recent Publications: - “Le Qatar – La puissance contrariée” (co-written with G. Henry), Studyrama, 2015. - “Comment les dictateurs investissent leur argent?” La revue internationale et stratégique, spring 2012, p.71-79 (co-written with Eric Vernier).
