Biography

ESADE Business School

Lola Bardají started her career at the Centre of Financial Studies [Centro de Estudios Financieros] as Professor of Civil Law (1990-2002).

During this stage of her career she lectured on numerous Masters and other courses. Following this, she assumed responsibility for the Legal Area in the preparation of Civil Service entrance exams.

In addition, she has participated in numerous legal advisory courses for public institutions (Government of Catalonia) and private institutions (Bar Association, Managers'' Association). Similarly, she has participated in delivering corporate legal advisory courses (''la Caixa'', Seat, Retevisión, etc.).

For five years, she has served as Full-Time Assistant Professor in the Department of Private Law at ESADE Law School, where she teaches part of the Civil Law syllabus.

Her research activities focus on Family Law and she is currently participating in several interuniversity research projects (in collaboration with the Comillas Pontifical University, University of Deusto and Universitat Jaume I in Castelló).
