In this role, Lisa is responsible for ensuring the proper firm-wide compliance with all aspects of government contracts at the Federal, State, and Local level. She is responsible for compliance concerns related to FAR and DFARS and other requirements, including contract execution, subcontracting, Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) concerns, Insider Threat Program, and much more. Lisa’s wide range of diverse experience as a compliance and project management practitioner has been in RDT&E, Production, Deployment, Software Development, and support services projects of varying contract sizes and types with myriad clients.
Lisa is a frequent speaker and trainer of Earned Value Management and Project Management topics, and has done so on six continents. She is also a published author and has served as a guest lecturer for graduate students at Bowie State University and an adjunct instructor for the University of Maryland and now Georgetown's School of Continuing Studies. She has served as Co-Lead of the Contracts Working Group for the Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD) of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) and the Vice President of Communications for the College of Performance Management (CPM). In her limited spare time, she is President of her children’s high school Parent-Teacher-Student Association (PTSA) and is a professional pianist and singer.
Lisa has been certified by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACEI) as an Earned Value Professional (EVP) and by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP). She earned her MBA from The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School.
