The Kets de Vries Institute
Lisa Gellert is a Programme Manager at the Kets de Vries Institute, responsible for delivery of projects as well as having the oversight of KDVI`s client programmes. She works closely with key stakeholders at the client side, KDVI Associates and the wider KDVI team to ensure programme delivery.
Lisa has spent most of her career in recruitment and across industries (Havas People, Accenture, Expedia, GAIN) in London, with some time in Munich and Geneva. Most recently she has worked as a Recruitment Manager in the development sector for a Swiss foundation working across 14 countries. In addition to recruitment Lisa has been responsible for internal Human Resources projects with a focus on process improvements, performance management and development.
Lisa holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Kent and a MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London.
She speaks English and German fluently and is based in Germany.
