Schulich School of Business
Lisa Marie Chen teaches Strategic Thinking in the Masters of Management program. She currently leads the design go-to-market strategy for AI Applications at IBM. She acts at the intersection of design, research insight, and business strategy, leveraging design thinking, trans-disciplinary collaboration, and strategic foresight to identify opportunities and overcome challenges towards an optimal user experience for IBM products. Prior to joining IBM, Lisa spent several years in advertising helping brands disrupted by technology to understand how to successfully leverage it to connect with their customers. She believes in the potential of AI to make us more human and the impact design can have on strategy. She holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business.
