Linh Tran

Linh is a consultant, with over 20 years of experience as a leadership consultant and executive coach.

Prior to joining Blue Beyond, she held roles that spanned across the entire employee experience life cycle in both the private and public sectors, with the majority having a global reach. This gave Linh insight into the essential conditions that are needed to have healthy organizations and successful teams.

Linh is known for her creativity in the way she synergizes thoughts and ideas from multiple voices and perspectives.

She holds an M.A. in Intercultural and International Management with a concentration in Education & Training from SIT Graduate Institute, a B.S. in Business Administration and Human Resources from George Mason University, and is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
