Zicklin School of Business
Linda Weiser Friedman is a Professor of Statistics & Computer Information Systems. Professor Friedman has served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, during which time she established the School’s Hybrid and Online Teaching initiative. Professor Friedman’s work has been featured in several publications, including the Journal of Financial Transformation, the Electronic Journal of Business Ethics and Organization Studies, the Journal of International Marketing and Marketing Research, Computers & Information Science, Communications of the Association for Information Systems and The John Ben Shepperd Journal of Practical Leadership. Her most recent book is God Laughed: Sources of Jewish Humor (Transaction Publishers, 2014).
Professor Friedman graduated with a BA in Statistics/Biology from Baruch College, an MS in Applied Statistics and a PhD in Operations Research from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.
