Biography
Cork University Business School
Linda Murphy (PhD, MSc, BA) has been a Lecturer in Management at University College Cork since 2008. Award a double doctorate (Business Economics) in 2014 from Jyvaskyla University,Finland and Hasselt University, Belgium, her key interests and areas of publication include careers in family business, business models for sustainability, socioemotional wealth, female entrepreneurship and grounded theory. She currently teaches on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate level management modules at University College Cork, including her own specialism, Family Business Management. She has directed the Bachelor of Commerce degree and the Early Start in Management and Marketing. She currently co-directs the MSc in Management and Marketing.
