Lin Hui Lee

Lin Hui has 5 years of healthcare process transformation and improvement experience. Prior to joining ISS, he was with Singapore General Hospital (SGH) specializing in driving high impact transformational improvement projects. Throughout his time in SGH, he had opportunities to work with various staff groups to develop innovative change concepts and improve the quality of care delivery in the hospital. Besides the projects, he has also managed and facilitated Quality Improvement workshops and training to drive improvement initiatives in hospital. He enjoys the complexity of healthcare transformation programmes, and the evolving role of data and technology within that.

Lin Hui graduated with a Bachelor of Science with Honours (Statistics and Technoprenuership) from NUS. He is also a certified six sigma black belt.
