Kim Pong is the CEO and founder of StrengthsAsia, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, Creator of The REFRAME Program, a founding board member of The Transformational Business Network, a global network focused on alleviating poverty in the world, a Certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator and a Halftime Certified Master Coach.

Based in Singapore, StrengthsAsia is the largest and most experienced platform of Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches in Asia and we have been working with Organizations and Individuals in Asia to discover their strengths to engage leaders, managers and employees through our strengths-based leaders, managers and high performing teams’ programs.
