Guanghua School of Management

Li Liu, Professor of Finance at the Guanghua School of Management, Peking University. He got the Master degree in Physics in Peking University (Feb. 1982 – July 1984) and MBA in Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU LEUVEN, Belgium, Sept. 1987 -- June 1989). He joined Guanghua as an Assistant Professor in Dec. of 1985. He became an Associate Professor in 1992 and has been a full professor since 1997. Li teaches Corporate Finance, Case in Corporate Finance for MBAs. He is the independent director of several list companies.
