Leslie Miller

One of an uncommon breed to have earned her MAMBA (an M.A. in English in addition to an MBA), Leslie Miller now focuses on strategy and operations at book production firm Girl Friday Productions, LLC (GFP). Before cofounding the company in 2006, she worked as an executive editor in traditional publishing, where she acquired, developed and edited fiction and nonfiction projects. Miller has also written/ghostwritten a dozen books on topic ranging from the afterlife to cooking to business to parenting.

With around 100–150 books in production at any given time, GFP usese in-house staff and freelance editors in a variety of roles throughout the production process. Additionally, GFP works on non-book-related collateral, including web, marketing, social, nonprofit and governmental projects.
