Biography

Lesley A. Perkins is an award-winning, certified professional with more than 23 years of coaching and consulting experience with organizations. Trained as an applied behavioral scientist in industrial/organizational psychology, Lesley’s work has focused on increasing individual performance and organizational effectiveness in commercial and government organizations. Diversity and inclusion are the foundation of her work. She utilizes best practices, behavioral science, practical knowledge and experience to improve the lives of all employees.

Lesley has served in internal human resources roles at SRA, IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton and as a management consultant to a wide variety of organizations such as Department of Homeland Security, Environmental Protection Agency, National Science Foundation, Department of Defense, McGraw Hill, New York Life, Avon and Novartis Pharmaceuticals. She is an experienced manager of people and programs skilled in leading project teams, work tasks, vendors and overseeing budgets, timelines and the delivery of people solutions.
