For more than 10 years, Emeritus Professor (KULeuven) Leo Neels was CEO of Pharma.be. Professor Neels obtained a degree of law and was professor at KULeuven and Antwerp University. He combined his academic career with a career in the media as CEO of VTM followed by a career in law as a partner of Loeff Claeys Verbeke and Allen and Overy. Professor Neels is also the author of the book ‘België, fantastisch farmaland’ in which he gives an inside view of the pharmaceutical sector.
As Executive in Residence Emeritus Professor Leo Neels is the Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Healthcare Management Centre.
