Leah is Vice President, Marketing – Institutional North America for Ecolab, the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources. With 2017 sales of $14 billion and 48,000 associates, Ecolab delivers comprehensive solutions and on-site service to promote safe food, maintain clean environments, optimize water and energy use and improve operational efficiencies for customers in the food, healthcare, energy, hospitality and industrial markets in more than 170 countries around the world.
In her current role as Vice President, Marketing, Leah leads the marketing function for Institutional North America. She is responsible for growth and business strategy, customer value proposition development and delivery, program innovation, customer and competitive strategy, brand strategy, and sales activation for the Institutional business. She began her career at Ecolab in 2007 as an Assistant Marketing Manager, and has held multiple roles in both Marketing and Corporate Account Sales in both Institutional and Pest Elimination during her time at Ecolab.
Leah is the Ecolab corporate ambassador and member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She also serves as Ecolab’s Senior Recruitment Chair for the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. She is on the board of the University of Minnesota’s Carlson Global Institute, and a member of the advisory board for Antenna Consulting.
She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
