Le (Betty) received her Ph.D. in Management at the University of Florida''s Warrington College of Business Administration. She has an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Peking University. She has published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Organizatinal Behavior and Human Decision Processes. She teaches the freshman contemporary management course. She has been developing a research program focusing on three areas: (1) leadership, (2) work groups and teams, and (3) selfregulation processes. Her studies focus on how individuals and higherlevel organizational units (e.g., work groups, organizations) influence each other as well as how behaviors change over time within the individual. She uses a diverse set of research approaches, including laboratory experiments, field surveys, archival data analysis, and computational modeling.
