Laura Self is a lecturer in the School of Accounting and also serves as faculty adviser for Beta Alpha Psi, the accounting fraternity.

Self received her B.A. in accounting from Wofford College and her Masters in Accountancy from the University of South Carolina. She is a certified public accountant and worked in public accounting as an auditor prior to joining the faculty at the university.
