Laura Famularo

Laura Famularo has 25 years� experience in change management, Human Resources Development, Leadership Development and Performance Consulting. She originally joined Johnson & Johnson in October 1994 and has held a number of progressively challenging HR leadership roles. Currently, she is responsible for the development of the overall HR Operating Model, ensuring integration of the Service Delivery Model with key strategic priorities as well as developing, articulating and driving the HR strategy, reinforcing the key strategic direction of a global organization. She is member of the HR Executive Committee and the Enterprise Standards & Productivity Leadership Team, leading the HR Functional Transformation.

Laura most recently rejoined Johnson & Johnson from Ralph Lauren where she had been the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Retail and Global Creative Services Groups. In this role Laura was the lead HR officer responsible for overseeing the Human Resources group, and the people and talent needs of 275 retail distribution channels for Polo Ralph Lauren.

Before joining Ralph Lauren, Laura was a member of the Johnson & Johnson Human Resources organization, playing key roles in the Pharmaceuticals Group, and also with the Global Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Group, as well as Vice President for HR Talent and Capability as a member of the Global Human Resources Transformation Leadership Team.

She began her career at Dun & Bradstreet in a line-role as a Division Operations Manager followed by several years as an Organization Development practitioner. She has also held leadership positions within Ingersoll-Dresser Pump and Avaya, Inc. where she was responsible for leadership development, competency modeling, succession management and 360-feedback systems organization-wide for a global customer base.

Laura holds an M.S. degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology as well as a B.A. from Moravian College.
