Biography
Dr. Larry Pate has more than 25 years’ experience in executive and management education as a professor, researcher, administrator, and consultant to multinational companies and governments throughout the world. He is Co-Founder and Chief Learning Officer of ImagineACES, an education, training, and consulting business dedicated to helping people make better decisions and achieve their dreams in their professional and personal lives. Before forming ImagineACES, Larry held the Rod and Barbara Burwell Endowed Chair in Entrepreneurship and was Professor of Entrepreneurship and Chair of the Entrepreneurship Department, at the University of North Dakota. His BA, summa cum laude, and MS degrees are from the University of California, Irvine, and his Ph.D. in organizational behavior is from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
