Larry has over 35 years experience in working in sales. His focus is helping clients gain greater value from their sales channels. His experience includes customer segmentation, sales strategy, sales process and execution, building sales models, skills, competency models, sales training including sales leadership and management development, sales incentives and compensation and sales adoption of technology. His 35 year career includes working in sales consulting and management in hi-tech, manufacturing, capital equipment, specialty engineered products and B2B sectors.

Mr. Montan is a frequent contributor and speaker in the area of how sales can achieve higher levels of profitable growth – writing and speaking for the Professional Pricing Society and World@Work. Larry received his BA from the University of Minnesota in Economics.
