Larry is passionate about the development of leadership ability in others. He has more than 20 years experience in the private and public sectors in management and leadership development. Larry is President of Reframe Leadership Inc., a company specializing in high impact leadership development, team effectiveness and coaching.
His leadership experience includes serving as Faculty member and Executive Director of Leadership Development at The Banff Centre, Managing Director of Ajilon Management Consulting services in Ottawa, and over 13 years in various Army command positions with the Canadian Forces in both Germany and the former Yugoslavia. He has a B.A. in Strategic Studies from the Royal Military College of Canada, an M.B.A. from Queen’s University and is certified in Harvard’s Immunity to Change and Difficult Conversations process. Larry is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and is also a Certified Presence-Based Coach.
