Dr. Lanlan CAO is Associate Professor of Marketing at NEOMA BS in France. Her research interests include Digital Retailing, Retail Innovation, International Retailing, Retail Business Model Innovation and Multichannel Retailing. Her works have appeared in Journal of Retailing, International Journal of Electronic Commerce, International Business Review, International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Economie et Sociétés, Décisions Marketing, Journal of Asia-Pacific Business, International Review of Retail, Distribution and Consumer Research and other journals.
