Kellogg School of Management
Lance Bennett has facilitated hundreds of DEIB workshops for thousands of participants over the past 18 years. He is skilled at using self (life experiences, biases, allyship and more) to foster real and authentic conversations. He’s worked with clients from both the private and public sectors and has also consulted/coached senior leaders and employee resource groups.
A product of East Orange, New Jersey, Lance has held leadership positions at Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo), Wake Forest School of Business, Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and currently Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT). He is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University with a degree in Business Management of Human Resources.
Lance is often sought after to speak/moderate at conferences, team retreats, leadership orientations, ERG events, and lunch & learns. He is known for his passion for people and the ability to build and foster relationships across a wide spectrum of identity groups.
