• Organized and execute a series of interactive workshops covering all career and job search fundamentals (Resume, LinkedIn, Personal Branding, Networking, Pitching, Interviewing, etc.)
• Facilitated group career coaching sessions to enable students to share learnings and job leads.

• Partnered with academic staff to support the student throughout the year; act as the single point of contact and continuity for all career-related matters.
• Updated careers intranet with 20+ pages of resources, while removing duplicate content.
• Restructured navigation within careers intranet, improving students ability to intuitively navigate to needed resources.
• Spent 4 days training 150 students on navigating their career journey just three weeks into joining the team.
