Kumar Alok

I am Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour at XLRI Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. I am curious about leveraging Sāṁkhya philosophy for developing theories and measures of personality, leadership, and organization. My Sāttvika leadership theory has been published in Journal of Business Ethics that is included in the Financial Times list of 50 most important management journals in the world. Apart from teaching and research, I have also given management training on leadership, motivation, team building, stress management, and change management to over 3,000 participants drawn from a number of government departments, public sector, private sector, and not-for-profit sector organizations.
