Kimberly is an Executive Coach (PCC and CPCC) and Professional Keynote Speaker and Facilitator.

She coaches business leaders for professional excellence, fun and fulfillment in work and in life. She specializes in coaching C-Level and VP level executives and executives in transition. She also is a professional speaker and facilitator on leadership, teamwork, netPLAYing, personal branding, EI and work-life balance.

Unlike many people practicing 'coaching' today, she attended the The Coaches Training Institute and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, and is also a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is also Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a member of the International Coach Federation.

As a former national partner in a Big 4 public accounting firm, Kimberly brings 30 years of real world business experience to her coaching. She has worked directly with CEO's CFO's, CIO's, Boards of Directors and Audit Committees for over 30 years. She understands your world and your needs. After working with an executive coach herself, she realized that the part of her job she loved the most was coaching, challenging, developing, motivating and inspiring partners, staff and clients. She has found her passion in coaching.
