Kevin Brown is currently CHRO at King Engineering, as well as a faculty member in the Department of Management at Florida International University in Miami, Florida. Prior to joining King Engineering in May 2018, Kevin spent 15 years as Vice President of Human Resources for the US Division of SNC-Lavalin, a Montreal-based engineering consulting firm with 53,000 employees globally. Over the course of his 20+-year career, he has developed a reputation for his expertise in HR in the A/E/C industry, with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions. Kevin holds a master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from Florida International University.
